Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on most circumstances (see below), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at micah@nyhofindustrial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have two business days upon arrival to report physical damages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

General Policy:

All of our products (unless otherwise noted) come from working conditions or are new. Some items are also tested. We allow refund up to 30 days for any reason. The refund must be requested within this period. The buyer is required to pay for return shipping and refund will be issued up to seven days after receiving returned item.

For items that are defective or damaged upon arrival the customer must reach out including pictures/proof of defectition and/or damage. Items that are physically damaged upon arrival must be reported within two days of item's arrival.

Items that are defective in operation must be reported within 30 days of item arrival. For damaged and/or defective items we will provide refund and return shipping label to send back. We may issue a refund and let buyer keep item at our discretion.
